Feather Factory Windsurfing School (Zushi)

Feather Factory is a windsurfing and SUP (stand up paddle) school in Zushi, about thirty seconds' walk from the beach. Zushi bay is described as the calmest sea of the Shonan area. The school welcomes beginners and experienced riders alike.

Two shops face each other: the windsurfing one (2-12-4 Shinjuku) and the SUP one (2-13-12 Shinjuku), also Zushi's only official Patagonia retailer, with products from the local brand Blue Starfish. The website offers taster lessons in windsurfing and SUP, a lesson blog, a description of how sessions run and a FAQ.

The premises, fitted out in reclaimed wood, include a changing room with hot shower and a lounge. There is no dedicated parking: use nearby car parks, which fill up during the swimming season.
