Skyhigh Kitesurfing

Skyhigh Kitesurfing is a kitesurfing school based in the Tweed Heads area, on the border between the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales. It teaches on the Gold Coast, the Tweed Coast and as far as Byron Bay, choosing the beach to suit the wind direction.

Lessons are one-on-one unless you come with a friend, and run from a 90-minute introduction to a full 3-hour lesson, wind and weather permitting. They can be adapted to all riding styles (waves, flat water, strapped or strapless). The school says it has taught in northern NSW for nearly 14 years, supplies Liquid Force gear that is replaced every season, and uses two-way radio communication with the student.
