Kite Republic is a kiteboarding school and shop in St Kilda, on Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne. It describes itself as the city's original kiteboarding school and claims more than twenty years of experience. Lessons take place on St Kilda West Beach, beside the West Beach Pavilion.
Students can learn kiteboarding, wing foiling, e-foiling (including foil assist) and stand-up paddleboarding. Instructors are IKO certified, and the school also runs IKO instructor training courses on site.
The shop sells kite, wing and foil gear and paddleboards, hires paddleboards at St Kilda Beach, runs demo days and repairs kites and wings. Brands include Duotone, North, Core, KT, ION and Mystic.
