Surfing Your Fears

Surfing Your Fears is a surf coaching business based at Hotel Esencia Nativa in the centre of El Zonte, El Salvador. It caters to beginners and intermediate surfers.

Coaching is private and personalised: pop-up technique, fear and confidence management, getting out of the comfort zone, flow. It comes with breathwork and physical preparation sessions, theory classes, and programmes for groups or families.

From April to October, on request, the team also runs coaching trips to the east of the country (Las Flores and Punta Mango). Prices are not shown; booking goes through the trip-planning page.
