Aruba Active Vacations

Aruba Active Vacations is a kitesurf, windsurf and wing foil school based on Fisherman's Huts beach in Noord, Aruba's beginner spot: clear warm water, often waist deep, with steady trade winds.

The story starts in 1992, when windsurfer JP van den Eerenbeemt began teaching from two self-designed containers on the beach. Wim Eelens, first an instructor and equipment repairer, took the business over in 2006 and grew it.

The school offers kitesurf, windsurf and wing foil lessons as well as equipment rental. Besides wind sports it runs blokart sessions, mountain bike tours, bike rental and snorkeling. The beach base has shade, fresh water, a shower, drinks, a rooftop lounge and lockers.

Every day from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
