School Presentation
Time to Surf (Time To Surf OÜ) is a kitesurfing and board sports school on Stroomi beach in Tallinn. Its website is in Russian and Estonian, and the school says it was the first in Estonia to offer Russian-speaking instructors and radio communication during kitesurfing lessons.
It teaches kitesurfing (first steps, advanced riding and a safety course), surfing, windsurfing, wing foiling and paddleboarding. In winter it also offers snowboarding, skiing and snowkiting.
It also runs children's camps, birthday parties, corporate and beach events, a surf trip to Portugal and gift cards. Time to Surf is the official CORE dealer in Estonia, with an online shop; announced upcoming camps include an autumn camp on 26-29 October 2026 and a winter camp at Kloogaranna on 27-30 December 2026.
