Sakalava Lodge

Sakalava Lodge is a beachfront ecolodge in Sakalava Bay, near Diego Suarez, in northern Madagascar. It presents itself as the island's first kite and wing foil ecolodge, open for more than twenty years, and hosts an IKO centre with eight instructors.

It teaches kitesurfing and wing foiling, with coaching, excursions and recent gear for rent. The lodge has about ten eco-bungalows, a full-board restaurant and a riders' bar; all-inclusive stays are offered.

The wind season runs from April to November, with a south-east trade wind and water at 25-29 °C all year round.
