Madakitecamp Baie de Sakalava

Madakitecamp is an IKO-affiliated kitesurf centre in Sakalava Bay, near Diego Suarez, in northern Madagascar. The school has taught in the bay since 2012 and says it has trained more than a thousand students. Lessons take place in front of the lodge, on shallow, sandy water.

The centre offers kitesurf, wing foil and windsurf lessons, kite trips and packages. The kite gear is Ozone (2.5 to 13.5 m²), with twin-tips and surfboards, and a foil for rent. A free IKO certification is given at the end of a course.

The lodge has sea-facing bungalows and a restaurant, with direct access to the spot.
