WestWind Bork Havn

WestWind Bork Havn is WestWind's base at the bottom of Ringkøbing Fjord, in Bork harbour near Jutland's west coast. The water is flat and almost wave-free, which suits beginners in all wind sports; freeriders and freestylers also find a good training ground, with spots for every wind direction within 30 minutes' drive.

The school offers courses and rental for all levels in wing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle, kayak and catamaran, with rates for tourists, children, groups and company outings. The harbour shop, called "iconic" by the brand, sells wing, windsurf, kite and paddle gear with advice on choosing equipment and reading the wind on the fjord. On windy days the neighbouring cable park rents wakeboards and water skis; Nymindegab and Hvide Sande, under 30 minutes away, give access to the North Sea for wave surfing.
