Snowkite Achensee

Snowkite Achensee is a snowkite school in Achenkirch on Lake Achensee, in the Tyrolean mountains between Munich and the Zillertal. It presents itself as the first VDWS snowkite school.

The instructors are trained VDWS kite instructors with several years of experience. The school offers a taster course, a beginner course, an advanced course, personal training and a conversion course for kiters coming from water.

The website says the snowkite area is groomed by a piste machine, that the village has good wind conditions and reliable snow, and that the school has a shop.
