Sola Aktivitetssenter

Sola Aktivitetssenter is the water activity centre of Sola Strand Hotel, on Solastranden beach, behind the dunes, near Stavanger. It offers surf, kitesurf and wing foil lessons for beginners and advanced riders, as well as stand-up paddle, bodyboard and kayak.

The site presents Solastranden as a good beach to learn to surf: gently shelving and waves suited to beginners. The wing foil course starts on land, handling the wing, before moving on to the water on a beginner board. Surf equipment can also be rented by those who have already surfed. A sauna can be booked online.
