Blast Kiteboarding

Blast Kiteboarding is a kitesurfing and wing foiling school in Porthcawl on the South Wales coast. It teaches seven days a week, weekdays and weekends.

Beginner courses range from a one-day introduction (kite flying basics, theory, body dragging, self rescue, setting up and packing down an inflatable kite) to a two-day beginner course, with one-to-one coaching to progress further. All equipment is supplied: kites, boards, wetsuits, harnesses and helmets in sizes small to large.

Blast also runs an online shop for kites, boards, bars and accessories, with brands such as Airush, North, Ozone, Mystic and Shinn. It organises kitesurf trips (Brazil, Morocco) and sells gift vouchers.
