Kitescholle

Kitescholle is a small kitesurfing school run by Hauke Hölbe in Loissin on the Greifswald bay, between Rügen and Usedom. The spot has a large shallow area reachable from Greifswald, Lubmin and Stralsund, and from Berlin.

The instructor teaches the lessons himself: at most two students per course, each with their own kite, and radio contact for students who already ride. Courses suit beginners and advanced kiters. At the end of a course the student receives a kitesurf licence documenting their progress; the school points to the reviews published on the IKO website.

The school stays open all year: in winter lessons are given in winter wetsuits.
