Windhaan vzw – Watersportclub De Haan

Windhaan is a watersports association (vzw) on the beach at De Haan, with a beach club. It offers activities on the water and on the beach: catamaran, kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing, stand up paddle, kayak, sea rowing and land yachting.

The club runs lessons and camps, including kitesurf lessons, a kite camp, a surf camp and an Easter camp, as well as catamaran lessons for young people and adults. It also offers rental, storage spaces and lockers, and packages for groups. It publishes a webcam and spot weather online and organises events, such as a kitesurf downwinder in partnership with Surfing Elephant.
