The Surf Continuum - Montauk

The Surf Continuum offers private surf coaching in Montauk, at the tip of Long Island, New York. It was founded by Coach Chris, a surfer and certified ocean lifeguard.

The coaching is for surfers who feel stuck despite regular time in the water, for those who want to understand positioning, timing and wave selection, and for complete beginners who want to build a solid foundation. The approach is methodical and follows each surfer's progress over time; it is not meant for a tourist who just wants to try once.
