Moja Surf & Stay

Moja Surf & Stay, also known as El Moja Surfhouse, runs a surf house in the centre of Sidi Ifni, somewhere between a hostel and a small characterful guesthouse. Surf lessons are given in small groups with experienced coaches, on the uncrowded waves of this part of the Moroccan Atlantic coast — a deliberate step away from Taghazout and Imsouane, to which the house even devotes an article on its own site.

The full surf package covers accommodation, daily breakfasts, a traditional dinner shared with the house every evening, coaching or guiding according to level, daily transport to the spots, video analysis and free use of surf equipment subject to conditions. A lighter formula covers accommodation and breakfast only, with lessons, yoga, dinners and excursions added à la carte. Minimum two nights for the latter, four nights for the surf package, with an ideal stay given as five to seven nights.

The house also offers yoga on the roof terrace, open to all levels, a coworking space, desert trips and guided cultural outings, and serves locally sourced food. No wind-powered sport is taught or rented here: no kitesurfing, no wingfoiling, no windsurfing.
