Windloop Macapá is the third station of a German kitesurf school: its founders, kite enthusiasts since 1999, built their own centre in Germany in 2010 and then opened the Praia de Macapá base (Luís Correia, Piauí), which they describe as the best spot in Brazil for them. The centre presents itself as a Duotone Center.
The offer includes a four-module beginner course, a 2-hour advanced course, private lessons, rental of Duotone gear (kites 7 to 12 m²) and equipment storage (outdoor shower and beach service). Beginner lessons use Flysurfer hybrid soft kites. Accommodation is booked through the Beekite Village pousada.
