KiteZone Sardegna - Maddalena Spiaggia

KiteZone Sardegna is the school of the sports association Kite Zone ASD, based at Maddalena Spiaggia near Capoterra, about ten minutes from Cagliari. The association aims to promote kitesurfing in Sardinia and presents itself as a federal kitesurfing school. It describes Maddalena Spiaggia as the kite area of Cagliari and southern Sardinia.

The school offers kitesurf and wingfoil lessons, as well as a windsurf school and a surf school in Cagliari. Its website publishes an anemometer station at Maddalena Spiaggia, 72-hour forecasts and pages about nearby spots (Is Solinas, Chia, Costa Rei). An annual UISP insurance for kitesurfing is offered from 50 euros.

The same association runs other bases, including Cagliari-Poetto and Costa Rei.
