The École de Voile de Terre Sainte (EVTS) is a non-profit association founded in 2006 and based in the Rocailles park, on Rocailles beach in Coppet, on the Vaud shore of the Petit-Lac between Geneva and Nyon. With around ten instructors qualified under the Swiss Jeunesse et Sport programme, it welcomes more than 400 students each season and runs 22 sailing boats, 8 motorboats and 4 complete wingfoil kits.
Wingfoiling is taught only in one-hour private lessons for one or two people aged 16 and over, in three steps: handling the wing while standing on a paddleboard, then the foil towed behind a motorboat, and finally full wingfoiling. As a Fanatic Center, the school renews its equipment every year; helmet, impact vest and full wetsuit are provided, and a WhatsApp group lets students know when the wind is right. Independent riders can book a "downwind shuttle" (a motorboat ride back upwind, unsupervised riding), and former students can rent a complete kit. Windsurfing is offered in summer camps from age 8 and as rental, on daggerboard boards or funboards.
The rest of the programme is about sailing: spring, summer and autumn camps from age 6 (Optimist, Laser Bug, Laser Pico, Laser Vago, catamaran), weekly lessons for children and adults, sailing licence training on a Surprise keelboat, paddleboard and kayak rental, an "independent" membership for adults, corporate events and school sailing with the Terre Sainte schools. A safety boat accompanies every session, and instructors carry VHF radios.

Payment online by card when booking, or by invoice for an extra fee. Cancellations are fully refunded up to three weeks before the start, then 50%, 30% or nothing depending on notice. Participants must have their own accident and third-party liability insurance.
The season runs from April to the end of October: independent membership is valid from early April to late October, and wingfoil rental starts on 1 April.
Wingfoil: private lessons booked online and scheduled according to the wind; students are alerted through the school's WhatsApp group.
Camps: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm in summer (morning or afternoon option available for Optimist), 10am to 4pm in spring and autumn. Weekly spring and autumn lessons: Saturdays for children, Fridays from 5pm to 7.30pm for adults.
