The Club Nautique de Bellevue (CNBe) is a non-profit association based at Port Saladin in Bellevue, on the north shore of the Petit-Lac just north of Geneva, looking across to Mont Blanc. In 2020 it took over from "La Flottille", an association set up in 1995 to introduce young people to dinghy sailing, when the municipality of Bellevue built its new clubhouse: a technical room, changing rooms with showers and lockers, equipment storage and a café-bar open to everyone. Supported by the municipalities of Bellevue and Genthod and by the Loterie Romande, the club has around a hundred active members.
Since the 2026 season the club's school has offered private wingfoil lessons for teenagers from 13 and adults, by appointment and depending on the wind. The course follows three modules: first the foil on its own, towed behind a boat with a side bar, to find your balance and feel the lift; then handling the wing while standing on a wide paddleboard; and finally full wingfoiling, from take-off to riding independently. The qualified instructor stays in contact with the student through a communication system. Wing, board and foil (current-year equipment), helmet, impact vest and wetsuit are provided; students must be able to swim, and minors need parental consent.
The rest of the programme is dedicated to dinghy sailing and paddling: lessons and summer camps from age 6 on Optimists, Lasers and Topaz 16 catamarans, courses for teenagers and adults, after-work sessions, parent-and-child lessons and school outings by paddleboard or sailing boat. Members of the sailing and paddling sections can freely use the club's dinghies, catamarans, paddleboards and kayaks, and meet on Thursday evenings from May to September for outings escorted by a motorboat.

Membership is not required to take a lesson or join a camp. Membership is open from age 18; 18-25-year-olds pay half price, and anyone joining from 1 September pays half the fee. Membership runs from 1 May to 30 April. Residents of Bellevue and Genthod get 10% off camps.
The season runs from May to October, when lessons take place and the phone line is staffed; sailing boats and inflatable paddleboards are laid up from November to April.
