Escuela de Surf Lucas García

Escuela de Surf Lucas García is run by Lucas García, an Asturian surfer who is Spanish and European champion and current coach of the Spanish adaptive surf team. He has created two schools in Asturias, one in Salinas (Castrillón) and one in San Juan de la Arena, with changing rooms and showers.

The school is open all year: 2-hour lessons in groups of 6-7 students per instructor, from beginner to advanced, morning and afternoon, surfing for children from age 4, with wetsuit, board, civil liability and accident insurance. In winter (October to May, minimum group of 3, weather permitting) dry-land training and video correction are offered; in summer (June to September) lessons run every day. An adaptive surf (parasurfing) programme includes individual training, group lessons and introductory sessions.
