Mac Fly is a mobile wind sports school set up in 2020 by Lolo, who has been teaching kitesurfing for some fifteen years. It combines an Academy, a Store and trips abroad. Coming from sailing, windsurfing, skiing and snowboarding, the instructor has been kitesurfing since 2010 and took up wingfoiling and then pump foiling as soon as those disciplines appeared; he rides all year round, on the water and in the mountains.
The Academy teaches kitesurfing, wingfoiling, snowkiting and pump foiling, to children and adults, from beginners to advanced riders. It has no fixed base: lessons take place wherever conditions are good and as close as possible to the students, mainly at Estavayer-le-Lac, Portalban, Yverdon, Lausanne and Geneva. Lessons are taught in pairs, one student riding while the other watches and assists, and follow a step-by-step progression: kite control on land with the safety drills, then body dragging without a board, then riding. Students sign up through an online form; once their place is confirmed, they join the Academy's WhatsApp group, where available lesson slots are announced.
The Store sells new gear, mostly F-One and Manera, and second-hand equipment under warranty, checked and tested (F-One, Ozone and North kites and bars, Mystic wetsuits). The Travel side runs camps open to everyone, from complete beginners to independent riders, with F-One equipment available to rent on site.

Payment by TWINT, card or bank transfer depending on the service. A booking is final once payment is received; a lesson cancelled more than 48 hours in advance can be postponed free of charge, and Mac Fly reschedules lessons it cancels for weather or safety reasons.
Open all year: on the lakes in the warmer months, in the mountains in winter for snowkiting.
No fixed time slots and no walk-in base: each lesson is scheduled according to wind, snow and water conditions, as close as possible to the students. Available slots are announced in the Academy's WhatsApp group.
