The Narbonne water sports centre, known as La Nautique, is the École Française de Voile of the Société Nautique de Narbonne, a non-profit club affiliated to the French Sailing Federation (FFVoile) that also runs the Port la Nautique marina. The centre lies on the northern shore of the Bages-Sigean lagoon, in the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, a few minutes from exit 38 of the A9 motorway. Teaching is done by state-qualified instructors, and the school received the Tourisme et Handicap label in 2012.
Wingfoiling is taught through summer courses, private lessons and club sessions on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings in spring and autumn; 2-hour group lessons for up to four people were also offered during the 2026 Easter holidays. The club opens the sport to disabled riders: a seated wingfoil course, organised with FFVoile, is planned for 17 to 20 October 2026.
La Nautique also offers windsurfing and windfoiling, stand-up paddle, catamaran, dinghy and Optimist sailing, courses for 4 to 6-year-olds, keelboat sailing, canoeing, a wheelchair-accessible group boat and regattas. Kitesurfing is not taught by the centre itself: it is handled by the partner school Narbonne Kite Passion (NKP), based at the same site. On site: parking, a lakeside picnic area, changing rooms, showers and a meeting room.
