Salty Souls Surf School

Salty Souls is a certified surf school in Cascais, on the Lisbon coast. It offers lessons for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced surfers, with an emphasis on safety, progression and fun in the water.

Group lessons, aimed at beginners and intermediates, are held in small groups and include theory, warm-up and in-water practice. Private lessons offer one-to-one coaching with personalised feedback. Instructors adapt each session to ocean conditions, skill level and group size.
