Polen Surfboards, kitesurf craftsman in Cascais

Polen Surfboards has been building surfboards in Portugal since 1988, starting from a small workshop on the Atlantic coast. In-house shapers Paulo Rodrigues do Bairro (head shaper, with Polen since 2007) and Nuno Cardoso "Surdo" design models for all waves and levels (Ghost, Master, Red Tiger, Phantom, Power Tiger, Defrag, Tiger Twin, Gremlin), using CNC shaping and Arctic Foam, Teccel and US Blanks blanks.

The workshop also builds boards for international shapers in Europe (Timmy Patterson, Jon Pyzel, Akila Aipa, Bill Stewart, Brett Warner, Stretch) and offers custom boards, used boards, accessories (fins, leashes, traction pads, bags) and clothing. The shop is in Cascais, on Rua do Casal Queimado.
