Mowzes Surf School

Mowzes Surf School is a surf school on Carcavelos beach, close to Lisbon and Cascais. It welcomes beginners as well as intermediate surfers.

For beginners, the first session covers the basic techniques, surf etiquette and in-water safety rules. For intermediate levels, the school announces specialised training in and out of the water, photo and video analysis after the session, and tailor-made progression programmes.

Instructors are presented as certified. Lessons are booked by choosing the lesson type (group or private, single or package) and contacting the school. Equipment rental is also offered.
