School Presentation
Arrábida Stand Up Paddle started in 2016 in the Arrábida natural park as the first resident SUP school at Praia do Creiro, near Portinho da Arrábida. It describes itself as the only SUP school in Arrábida certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation (RNAAT no. 298/2018).
The programme includes SUP lessons, guided tours to beaches reachable only by boat or paddle (Galapinhos, Galapos, Coelhos, Figueirinha, Pedra da Anicha) and boat experiences from Setúbal or Tróia (Arrábida coast, Ribeira do Cavalo beach, Tróia island). Trainers are accredited by the IPDJ; activities are adapted to each participant.
