Escuela de Surf Conil

Escuela de Surf Conil has been teaching surfing on the Cadiz coast since 1999 and presents itself as one of the first surf schools on the Andalusian coast. Lessons take place in Conil de la Frontera, El Palmar and Roche, on a sandy beach of about one kilometre without reefs, which the school describes as suited to beginners and families.

The offer includes group surf lessons (about 6 to 8 students, 2-hour morning sessions, board and wetsuit included), private lessons, kids and family courses, wingfoil, kitesurf, stand up paddle, board and SUP rental, plus yoga and fitness. The meeting point is Los Bateles beach, recognisable by the school's red trailer.

Instructors are certified by the Andalusian Sailing Federation (FAV), the Spanish Surfing Federation (FES) or ISA; the school holds an active tourism licence and also lists a VDWS affiliation. Wetsuits supplied are O'Neill.

The school also offers accommodation (surf camp, hostel, apartments, houses) and a summer surf club for children.

Morning lessons, all year round; the school answers messages (WhatsApp) from noon, after the lessons.
