Imagine Surf School is a surf school at Pego beach in Comporta, on the Alentejo coast. Founded in 2019 by Eduardo Ildefonso, a former nurse turned instructor, it is certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation, registered with Turismo de Portugal, and its instructors hold FPS and IPDJ qualifications.
It offers private and group lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced surfers, kids' lessons, winter lessons, adaptive surfing, courses of 3, 5 or 10 lessons, and group activities (team building, birthdays, bachelor parties). Groups are 4 to 5 students per instructor (3 for children under 10). Board and wetsuit are provided, with wave analysis and posture correction.
The school also rents surfboards, wetsuits and stand up paddle boards. It is open every day from dawn to sunset, depending on sea conditions.
