School Presentation
Soul & Surf School is a surf school in the Lagos area (Almadena, Luz), linked to the Soul & Surf Portugal centre (Quinta Agave). It teaches from Lagos to Sagres and up to Aljezur, with a Soul of Surfing approach: yoga-influenced warm-up, breathwork and visualisation, ocean awareness and technical coaching.
Group lessons (1 instructor for up to 8 students), family and friends lessons (price from 5 people) and private lessons with video analysis last 2.5 hours. Equipment included. Pick-up in Lagos (Explanada, Tribunal), Luz and Burgau, or meet at the centre or the beach. A surf progression week is also offered.
