9 Pies Surf El Palmar

9 Pies is a surf school and surf camp on El Palmar beach, in the municipality of Vejer de la Frontera (Cádiz). It offers lessons all year round for all levels and ages, in Spanish and English, with equipment suited to both winter and summer.

Groups are limited to six people per instructor; a session lasts about two hours, with slots at 10:00, 12:30, 16:00 and 18:30 (subject to tides). Students can book from 1 to 15 or more lessons, not necessarily on consecutive days. The school also offers children's lessons, private surf or paddle lessons, group and school lessons, yoga, surfskate, and a shop with surfboard and paddle rental.

One-week surf camps (lessons plus accommodation) run in autumn, winter and spring, as well as weekend, bridge-day and holiday camps. The website also provides a live webcam and wave forecasts for El Palmar.
