Up and Go Surf & SUP

Up and Go Surf & SUP is a surf and stand up paddle school at Azurara, on the Vila do Conde beach near Porto. It is run by Eduardo Batista, a surf teacher with more than 25 years of experience, and presents itself as a certified school.

Surf lessons (beginner, intermediate, advanced with technical and video coaching) take place mainly on the beaches of Vila do Conde and Azurara, depending on the day's conditions. The school also offers stand up paddle outings on the Ave river in Vila do Conde (2 h, 4 to 8 people, photo report included) and on the Bestanca river, a tributary of the Douro, as well as Sunset Sessions, birthdays, stag and hen parties, team building and family packages.

Every day, 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
