Caparica Surf School has been teaching surf on the Costa da Caparica since 2000, at Praia Nova beach, about twenty minutes from Lisbon. The school states 25 years of experience, certified instructors and insurance for all students.
Lessons last 1.5 hours (theory, warm-up and practice), in groups (minimum 3 students) or one-to-one, with equipment provided. The school offers multi-lesson packs, 4-week progression programmes, equipment rental (2 hours, half day or full day), land-based surf conditioning, a holiday programme for children (ATL) and surf trips.
