School Presentation
Kite Control Portugal is a kitesurf, hydrofoil kite and wing foil school based in Vau on the Óbidos Lagoon, about an hour north of Lisbon and 20 minutes from Peniche and Baleal. It is registered with the RNAAT (no. 1229/2018), certified by the Portuguese sailing federation (FPV) and a OneLaunch Kiteboarding partner school; it is also listed among IKO schools in Portugal.
It offers private and semi-private lessons, courses and kite trips, as well as equipment rental and an Ozone shop; recent Ozone gear is used for lessons. The school can also arrange mountain bike tours, yoga and surf lessons, and offers accommodation.
A second base operates at Moledo Beach in northern Portugal, near Viana do Castelo. Lessons are taught in six languages and the school is open every day from 9:00 to 19:30.
