School Presentation
Alvor Kite Center is a kitesurf school based in a warehouse at Alvor harbour, on the Alvor lagoon between Lagos and Portimão. It offers kite lessons for beginners and advanced riders with certified instructors, as well as wingfoil lessons.
The centre rents Eleveight kite gear (kites and boards), harness included, to independent riders, with boat transport to the spot, a spot briefing and supervision. Stand up paddle boards can be rented by the hour and guided tours are offered; surfing and wakeboarding are alternatives on days without wind.
The operator also runs a guesthouse in Alvor (family, double, triple rooms and suites) and a bar-restaurant, Pull the Bar, with one-week kite packs including the transfer from Faro airport.

Pricing
Beginner or advanced lessons: 150 EUR per day per person. Kite rental: 100 EUR per day (boat transport, briefing and supervision included). Boat transport only: 20 EUR for 3 h (advanced riders). 7-night packs with Faro transfer from 290 EUR (level 4) up to 935 EUR (level 1), excluding VAT. Prices from the website (2025 content).
