School Presentation
Algarve Watersport is a kitesurf school in Lagos which, according to its website, has been teaching on the Ria de Alvor lagoon since 2006. Lessons are given by VDWS and IKO certified instructors in groups of up to 4 students (age 16+), semi-private (2 students) or one-to-one.
Besides kitesurfing, the school offers windsurfing, surfing, wingfoiling, guided stand up paddle outings and wakeboarding. Kite rental is limited to students who have taken the school's lessons and been approved by an instructor; a shop sells wetsuits, kites, accessories and booties.
The school also runs a kite camp with accommodation, meals and yoga (from 780 EUR per week) based at its Kite-House in Lagos. The website is available in eight languages.
