Corsica Kiteboarding

Corsica Kiteboarding is a kitesurf and wingfoil school based in Bonifacio, in southern Corsica. Founded in 2001 by Max, it presents itself as the first kitesurf school on the island; it has been run for several years by its current instructors, Pierre and Magali, who have held the BPJEPS kite diploma since 2015.

The school is mobile: its historic meeting point is the Ventilegne bridge in Bonifacio, and a fitted-out truck lets the team reach the best-exposed spot around Bonifacio each day, on the west or east coast depending on the wind. Slots are set the evening before for the next day and the activity runs mainly by appointment.

The offer includes private and semi-private lessons, small-group courses, supervised sessions and wingfoil lessons in very small groups. Coaching takes place in shallow water or in open water from a boat depending on level. Kite and wing equipment is renewed every year and the school also offers catamaran trips between Corsica and Sardinia (Cata Camp).

Mobile school, by appointment: next-day slots are set each evening according to the weather.
