Yacht Club Basque

The Yacht Club Basque is a non-profit association founded in 1935, welcoming the public all year at Socoa, Ciboure and Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The Socoa base is at the Parking des Dériveurs.

The club combines a sailing school, courses, team building, adapted sailing for people with disabilities, leisure sailing, rental, a training centre (including instructor training) and regatta organisation. The website lists several 2026 regattas: the Zokoa's Cup (catamarans), the Itzurdeak regatta (catamaran, dinghy, keelboat) and the Larraldenia Cup (cruisers and sport keelboats).

It holds the French Sailing School (EFV) and FFVoile labels, as well as the Valide-Handicapé label for its adapted sailing activity.
