Description
The Société Nautique de Bandol is a sailing club on the central beach, in the port of Bandol. Its website shows a 2001-2026 copyright and publishes regatta results from September and October 2026; the club is open from mid-January to mid-December, seven days a week.
The sailing school offers courses, school sailing, a sailing sports section with the Raimu middle school, a keelboat school and a Handivoile (adaptive sailing) project, in dinghies, foils and keelboats. The club also trains instructors (CQP-IV) and presents an introduction to wing and foil. It rents dinghies, boards, catamarans and keelboats.
About 50 young people are recruited in summer to run the school, private lessons, free practice, rental and the club house. Racing covers Optimist, OK Dinghy, WASZP and keelboats; the club displays the logos of the FFV Ligue Sud and its institutional partners.
