Description
Lidingö Vindsurfingklubb runs the Lidingö Surfcenter at Fågelöudde on the island of Lidingö, east of Stockholm. The center has been active since summer 2004 and provides all equipment and experienced instructors.
The programme covers the start course (theory, equipment and technique on a simulator before going on the water), the follow-up course, rigging help, harness sailing, jibing and footstraps. Courses last about four hours for three to five people; children from age 8 are welcome in small numbers, with their own life jacket.
Courses run on Saturdays from 10 am to 4 pm; booking is by phone or email.
