Description
A club on Foum El Oued beach south of Laâyoune, teaching both surfing and kitesurfing. The instructors its students name are Hajid, Chowki and Yassine, and several accounts describe complete beginners getting on a kite from the first session.
The club also feeds its visitors on site: the fish comes from the local boats, Foum El Oued being first and foremost a fishing village. It is one of only two places on the whole coast between Boujdour and Tan-Tan where kitesurfing is taught.
The beach, eleven kilometres long and a Blue Flag holder for years, is known for how reliably it blows: the Royal Moroccan Sailing Federation held the Moroccan kitesurf championship here from 6 to 9 November 2025. The club has neither a website nor a social account — the phone is the way in.
