Circolo Nautico Loano - Scuola Vela e Windsurf

Circolo Nautico Loano is a sailing club affiliated with the Italian Sailing Federation (FIV), based at the eastern entrance of the port of Loano, on the Ligurian Riviera di Ponente. It organises regattas (including the winter championship, Windsurfer class events and the 2026 Italian Dinghy 12' championship) and a sailing and windsurf school.

In 2026 the sailing and windsurf school reopens on 15 June with weekly group lessons in the morning from 9:30 to 12:30, Monday to Friday (an afternoon group may be added depending on registrations), and individual lessons with a dedicated instructor. Children aged 7 to 11 can follow the 'DopoVela' programme until 17:00 from 29 June. A valid medical certificate is required to take part in the courses.
