Harmonie Surfboards, kitesurf craftsman in Audierne

Harmonie Surfboards is a shaping workshop in Audierne, on the Bay of Audierne in Finistère, about 40 km from the La Torche wave. It opened in 2017 under David Grob, a shaper who has surfed since the age of 15. Trained in boatbuilding in 2003, he later added 3D modelling to the way he designs boards, and travelled to surf and test his shapes before setting up his workshop in Brittany.

The workshop builds custom surfboards designed around each surfer's level and needs: shortboards, fish, twins, midlengths and longboards. The range includes the Winter Blade and Springblade shortboards, the Twinpin, the Orgasmic Fish, the Summer Joy II (thruster or quad) and a midlength for beginners and intermediates. Orders are placed through a form or a quote request.

Harmonie Surfboards also repairs surfboards (by phone enquiry) and rents boards from the workshop: a 5'6 small-wave board and a 7'0 midlength, supplied with leash and cover, for the surf spots of the Cap Sizun. A team of riders supports the brand.
