Fatum Surfboards, kitesurf craftsman in Atouguia da Baleia

Fatum Surfboards is a custom surfboard factory at the entrance to Peniche (Atouguia da Baleia / Porto Lobos), just off the IP6. Every board is designed by shaper Gero Tragatschnig: CAD-designed, machine-shaped and hand-finished. The workshop moved to CAD shaping in late 2007.

The whole process is done in-house, from shaping to glassing. The Factory Store lets visitors see the production line and a showroom where every model is for sale and can serve as a starting point for a custom board (custom order form, test boards available).

Ranges: Gold Standard, Short & Wide, Special Issue, Relaxed Fit and longboards. The shop also sells accessories (Fatum leashes, traction pads, fins).

Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-2pm.
