Plumb Beach is one of the most popular kitesurfing spots in New York City, located in Brooklyn on Jamaica Bay. This iconic spot offers flat and shallow waters protected by the Rockaway peninsula. The kite community is very active here. Easy access from the Belt Parkway. Ideal spot in south and southwest wind.
