Overview

Doonbeg is a kitesurfing spot located in County Clare, on the west coast of Ireland. This wild beach is exposed to powerful Atlantic southwest and west winds. Conditions can be very challenging with swell and currents. The spot is suitable for advanced to expert riders. The coastal landscape is spectacular with the cliffs of the Clare coast. The beach is relatively isolated, adding to its wild character.
