Overview

The Alfsee is a lake located in Lower Saxony, in the Osnabrück region. This inland body of water offers pleasant kitesurfing conditions with flat and shallow water. Thermal winds and prevailing west and southwest winds reach the lake regularly.The lake is well suited for beginners and intermediates thanks to its shallow depth and relatively calm water. The Alfsee is also a popular recreation site, so it is important to respect the designated sailing sport zones.
