Nestled in the foothills of the Allgäu Alps, this spot benefits from relatively reliable snow cover in winter thanks to its altitude and proximity to the Alps.The Allgäu region is renowned for snowkiting, with several local schools such as Wind-Kind-Allgäu offering lessons within a 50 km radius around Isny. The hilly terrain of Stefanstal provides an interesting riding environment for intermediate riders. Winds are variable depending on the orientation of the Alpine valleys, with a predominant west to southwest direction. It is important to respect the landowners (farmers) and follow their instructions.
