<![CDATA[Bellbuoy Beach is a kitesurfing spot located on the north coast of Tasmania, near the mouth of the Tamar River. This beach offers sailing conditions in the waters of Bass Strait. The prevailing wind comes from the west to northwest in summer. Waves are moderate and the bottom is sandy. The Tamar River mouth can create significant currents. The best season is from November to March. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. The water is cold, a thick wetsuit is required. Watch out for currents from the river mouth.]]>
