<![CDATA[Snapper Point is a kitesurfing spot located south of Adelaide in South Australia, on the Gulf St Vincent coast near Aldinga. The spot takes its name from the rocky headland that offers some protection and creates varied conditions. The prevailing wind comes from the southwest in summer. The headland creates interesting wind funneling effects. Conditions are moderate with small to medium waves. The bottom is a mix of sand and reef near the point. The best season is from November to March. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. Watch out for rocks near the headland. Parking available nearby.]]>
